LINDSAY WILLIAMSON KINDSCHY is originally from Connecticut. Her parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents are from there, too. She now lives in Madison, Wisconsin with her husband, dog and toddler son.
CREDENTIALS: combine her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The University of Wisconsin - Madison, her graduate school work in student development theory at Loyola University Chicago, her experience in marketing and admissions at Cisco Systems and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and her 7 years coaching Millennial students in the university setting as a career counselor at The University of Colorado at Boulder and Wisconsin Athletics where Lindsay directed the career development program for 800+ Division I student-athletes. Lindsay currently works as Director of Student and Recent Graduate Engagement at the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association.
FOLLOWS: the Co-Active Coaching model with her clients. She aspires to help young men and women tap into their potential and find career direction and life fulfillment. She wants her clients to become the leaders of their own lives...earlier.
LOVES: the outdoors, her yoga mat, and her dog Marlowe, a spunky 4-year-old Vizsla, and figuring out how to navigate new motherhood! She was voted "Most Optimistic Female" her senior year in high school and "Best Teammate" on her college rowing team. Her coaching style is optimistic, supportive and action-oriented. Kumbaya.
